Finding compassion and peace in our bodies is powerful and healing. This group is for individuals who would like to embark on a journey toward a new relationship with their bodies and themselves.
Together, group members will participate in activities designed to deepen their compassion for their bodies and facilitate new, more empowered, more embodied, relationships with themselves.

Dr. Packard is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Certified Group Psychotherapist. She has extensive training and experience in developing and leading groups for individuals with eating disorders and body image concerns. She is passionate about group psychotherapy and believes in the power of group to facilitate lasting change. She values the experience of individual group members as well as the development of the group as a whole, and will work to create an environment where group members are able to be authentic, vulnerable, give and receive support, and move toward achieving their personal goals.
