WHAT IS GROUP AND WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
Eating recovery can be challenging, but there is no need for you to do it alone. Group is a powerful community of recovery-focused commitment. The gift of group is knowing you are not alone in your experience as you receive feedback and encouragement from others tackling similar challenges.
You are not alone and you deserve support!
WHAT DO WE DO IN GROUP?
You will have opportunities to share what's important to you. You'll also strengthen motivation for recovery with group support. In group, you'll build trust with others, challenge your fears, and receive valuable support. You'll learn how to strengthen your eating recovery as we work on eating concerns, body image struggles, and relationships. In group, we learn together, and you'll have the benefit of learning from not only an experienced therapist but also other group members.
2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 5:00 to 6:30 p.m
High school juniors and seniors (ages 16-18), all genders welcome

Group therapy was a fundamental element of Jessica’s own eating recovery process, and she is excited to facilitate this group for teens.
Madison Hatch, CSW, is passionate about working with teens and young adults. She knows the importance of connection and how empowering it can be when incorporated into the healing process. Madison is excited to work with Jessica and co-facilitate this group.
