Cultivating Mindful Resilience Course promoting Growth, Healing, and Resilience through Mindful Awareness
Considerable research supports the benefits of mindfulness practices for stress, anxiety, depression, pain, insomnia, and other challenges. This course will help you develop a healthy awareness of thoughts, emotions, and experiences to lead a rich and joyful life. In addition to learning basic mindfulness practices, you will learn how to apply these skills in everyday life to improve your relationships, savor positive experiences, and cultivate an abiding sense of peace and well-being.
